Ovena was created from a simple idea: everyone deserves a delicious dessert. As someone who follows a vegan lifestyle, I often found it difficult to find baked goods that were both plant-based and truly enjoyable. I started experimenting in my own kitchen, creating recipes that friends, family, and coworkers genuinely loved—whether they were vegan or not.

Today, Ovena is a small-batch bakery based in Kenosha, Wisconsin, specializing in handcrafted vegan cupcakes made with thoughtfully selected plant-based ingredients and baked fresh to order.

While cupcakes are currently our signature offering, Ovena is just getting started. I'm actively developing new recipes and look forward to expanding the menu with cookies, rice crispy treats, brownies, cinnamon rolls, and other seasonal baked goods in the near future.

At Ovena, I believe desserts should be fun, comforting, and made with care. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply treating yourself, my goal is to create baked goods that bring a little extra joy to your day.
